What this site collects
This website is a set of static pages without accounts. The inquiry form delivers what you type to our sales team by email — either through our own website server, where it is stored so the team can follow up, or through a form-delivery service (Web3Forms) that forwards it to our mailbox. If neither is available, the form opens WhatsApp or your own email app with your message pre-filled, and you decide whether to send it.
Analytics
We may use anonymised analytics (Google Analytics 4 and/or Microsoft Clarity) to see which pages help visitors. These tools are loaded only after you accept the cookie notice, you can decline it, and we use no advertising cookies.
Embedded videos
Videos are embedded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you press play. From that moment YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply to the player.
Messages you send us
When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we use your details to answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation. We do not sell or share them with third parties except as needed to deliver your order (for example, freight forwarders for a shipment you have ordered).
Chat assistant (Emma)
Emma is an automated assistant, not a person, and gives no prices. Conversations with Emma may be saved on our website and shared with our sales team so they can follow up on your inquiry. Contact details you type are passed on only if you agree when Emma asks; otherwise they are masked in the saved record. You can clear the conversation at any time with the "Clear chat" link. If AI mode is enabled, your messages are also processed by an AI model provider to generate the reply.
Customer photographs
Delivery photographs are published only with the customer's permission. Names are withheld, and faces and brand marks are hidden on request.
