FAQ
Customization questions.
What are the standard shell colours?
Black, white, dark grey and light grey, on every hard-shell model. The colour is confirmed with your order.
Can I order a custom shell colour?
Yes. We paint the shell in any of the 216 RAL Classic colours — yellows, oranges, reds, violets, blues, greens, greys, browns, whites and blacks. Other colours are available on request; send us the RAL code or a reference and we confirm it in the quotation.
Can a chamber have two colours?
Yes. Two-tone designs are available on request — for example a white shell with red trim. Send us your design and we confirm what is possible on the model you choose.
Which interior wall fits my chamber?
The Basic Wall in woven leather fits every model. The Luxury Leather Wall with diamond quilting is made for LUMEN, VISTA and ARC, and a separate Luxury Leather Wall is made for ORION's shape. ORION COMPACT uses the Basic Wall.
Which seats fit which model?
The Standard Chair, the Upgraded Chair and the NAPA Massage Chair fit LUMEN, VISTA, ARC and ORION. The Flagship NAPA Chair with fold-out desk is a LUMEN option, and VISTA can take a two-seater sofa. ORION COMPACT has a built-in sofa with an adjustable backrest.
Do the colours on screen match the real chamber?
Not exactly. Swatches and colour previews on this page are approximate — screens differ, and the previews are digital recolours of the chamber. Confirm the final shell colour with a physical RAL sample and the wall or seat colour with a material sample before ordering.
Does customization change the price or the lead time?
Standard colours, walls and seats are part of the configuration quoted for your chamber. Custom colours, two-tone designs and custom wall or seat colours are confirmed in the quotation, including any effect on the lead time. There is no public price list.
