Ask for evidence rather than adjectives: where and by whom the chamber is built; which certificate covers which company and scope; which test report covers which model; a complete specification that separates standard from optional equipment; electrical and access requirements; the warranty as written in the contract; and who does what in delivery, installation and support.
1. Manufacturer or reseller?
Ask: to visit the factory, or for production photos and video of the model you are buying, and which processes happen in-house.
How SkelundTech answers: design and engineering, shell fabrication and welding, main units and control systems, assembly and testing are done in our own factory in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province, China. Factory visits are by appointment, and production photographs are on our manufacturing page.

2. Who and what does each certificate cover?
Ask: for the certificate itself. Check the legal entity named on it, its scope and validity, and whether a test report covers the model you are buying or another sample.
How SkelundTech answers: the factory entity behind SkelundTech holds an ISO 13485 certificate for the design, production and sales of commercial hyperbaric oxygen chambers — it certifies the quality management system, not individual products. We also hold EMC, LVD and RoHS conformity documents and a pressure-vessel type-test report for the model samples each one lists. See quality documents.
3. Is the specification complete?
Ask: for pressure, occupancy, external size, weight, the narrowest width for access, the main unit, the electrical requirements, and what is standard, optional and not offered.
How SkelundTech answers: each model page lists these. Fields we cannot yet source are marked as confirmed per order, never estimated — compare the five hard-shell models on our comparison page.
4. Will they check your site?
Ask: a chamber that cannot reach the room is the most expensive mistake. Ask whether the supplier reviews your route with drawings before production.
How SkelundTech answers: our engineers review the route, lift and room with the chamber drawings before production. See the site planning guide.
5. Can they customize — and what does it cost?
Ask: what is appearance customization and what is engineering, and how design and development work is charged.
How SkelundTech answers: single chambers can be ordered and customized. Design and development fees for custom work are quoted per project; see custom engineering and OEM / ODM.
6. Who does what in delivery and installation?
Ask: exactly where the supplier's scope ends: at the port, at the door, or installed in the room.
How SkelundTech answers: chambers ship in export crating. For the US and Australia we can quote door delivery including taxes. You arrange unloading, moving indoors and site readiness; we provide assembly drawings and remote guidance, and factory assembly can be agreed as a paid service.
7. What does the warranty say in writing?
Ask: for the warranty terms as they will appear in the contract, and how support and spare parts are handled.
How SkelundTech answers: our company warranty policy is two years; the scope, conditions and start date are set in your contract. Support is remote from our factory team — we do not have local technicians.
8. Which claims need care?
Ask: be careful with medical or therapeutic claims, with certificates shown without the entity and scope they cover, and with pressure figures presented as approval to sell in your market.
How SkelundTech answers: SkelundTech makes no medical claims and shows documents with the entity and scope they cover.
9. What is in the quotation?
Ask: what the price includes: configuration, crating, freight, taxes and the delivery scope.
How SkelundTech answers: there is no public price list: each chamber is configured and shipped to a specific destination, so we quote per project. our sales team confirms every quotation.

Questions
How can I tell a manufacturer from a reseller?
Ask to visit the factory or for production photos and video of the model you are buying, and ask which processes — welding, main units, assembly, testing — happen in-house.
What should a certificate show?
The legal entity it is issued to, its scope, its validity, and — for test reports — the model samples it covers.
